Venice Grand Canal Mall
VENICE? MACAU? No, my friend. This is just around Manila. 🙂
Yep, there’s no need for us to go out of the country to experience Italy.
MY HONEST JUDGEMENT : I’ve been to Italy, and to be honest, (no hate here), it doesn’t really look half close to the real one. But I’m not telling you that the place isn’t good, what I mean is, it really is just a pure replica. However, IT IS still BEAUTIFUL and going there is amazing! You definitely should visit this place coz it looks nice on photos, and looks better in person. 🙂
It has a close resemblance to the mini Italy in Macau though, which is also a replica of the original (which is a good thing). Aaaannd it is also kinda romantic and serene as the “italian” background music is aired all around. Imagine walking around with your loved-ones having this view, the pretty lights, soft music, and all. Sweet di ba?
The Venice Grand Canal is brought to us by Megaworld Corporation. It is a lifestyle mall like Eastwood, Newport Mall, Burgos Circle and Mckinley Hill (which is where Venice Grand Canal is located in Taguig, City)
I’ll show you how nice the place is, in the photos below.
How to Get There by Commute?
Hmmmm. I can’t really give you directions getting there from your door step – coz it would always depend where you’re coming from.
But the simplest would be: Go to Market Market, and ride a Jeep bound to Gate 3 and ask the driver to drop you off at McKinley Hill.
I know I’m not really good at commuting but if you know any other ways on how to get there, feel free to write the directions at the comment section. Let’s help the others get there. 🙂
My best advice: Of course, you can always ride a taxicab from any area around the metro and just mention “McKinley Hill” or “Venetial Mall” and the driver already knows where to go.
The Grand Canal Mall is currently on soft opening and has no entrance fee.
You should go there because the place looks really nice in photos. Here’s ours: 🙂
